Taylor Lance Warden was born on May 28th, 1990 to the proud and loving parents of Tim and Tammy Warden. He was a loving father, brother and son. He took pride in everything that he put his mind to. He was a man of many nicknames that included Itchy and Buck. If you knew him as child, you knew his drive and passion to be the best and excel in everything he set his mind to. I’m sure a few of his friends can share stories of an elementary school boy that could swing a whip better than any grown man. He was a phenomenal athlete and anyone could attest to that. At a early age, he grew to love football, basketball and baseball most of all. He was a three sport athlete who made numerous all-star teams, year after year. This transferred into his adult life when he took up weight lifting and it was here that his passion, devotion and drive continued. He loved lifting weights and loved seeing the changes in his body. He aspired to compete competitively some day. As a father, he enjoyed spending time with his two boys. Another hobby he discovered was golfing. He loved golfing with his oldest son, Taite. Unfortunately, he will not be able to share his love of sports like he intended to with his youngest son, Teagan. He was so proud of his boys and if you knew him, you knew those boys were his entire world. He loved his nephews; Teran, Easton and Brycen and they loved him! He was quiet, private and kept his inner circle very small. He was a man of few words, but if you cracked that shell, it was a gem to see his true personality shine through! Although his life was cut short, he aspired to coach Taite this upcoming baseball season and looked forward to getting Teagan ready for his turn at the plate. He was making plans and so excited to experience everything life had to offer. As it is hard to believe that he has left our earthly world, we are eager to join him at the gates of heaven some day. He will be so incredibly missed by all those that loved him!
He is survived by his two boys; Taite and Teagan, the mother of his children, his father and mother, his brother and sister, along with his three nephews and numerous extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his Papa Dale, Uncle Dale and his Grandpa George.
Arrangements for his celebration of life have been set for Thursday, April 1st at 11 o’clock at Porterville Funeral and Cremation Center followed by grave side at Hillcrest Cemetery.
