Obituary

Raymond (86) of Terra Bella, California, beloved brother, father, uncle, grandpa, and great-grandpa passed away at Merritt Manor Convalescent Home of Tulare, California. Raymond attended Terra Bella Elementary and graduated from Porterville High School in 1953. He was active in 4-H, Future Farmers, and enjoyed farming, “curing olives”.

Raymond is survived by his sister Marlene/Al Henderson, brother Gerald McTier, Rhonda McTier, Brent McTier, Lori/Mike Ridley, Elaine McTier, Michelle/Mike Gunn, Raymond/Cindy McTier, Eric/Janet Brassfield, Susan/David Sylvester, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Proceded in death by Harold/Catherine (Best) McTier-parents and David Leonard, Teresa Hurtado.

A graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park on May 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow at Porterville Veterans Memorial Building at 1:30 p.m.
