Donald Eugene Kelley

Donald Eugene Kelly 51 of Porterville, Ca went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 15, 2022. He was born May 1, 1970, in Alameda, Ca. He came to Tulare County in 1991 where he remained until his passing. Donald spent his remaining days surrounded by loved ones.

Donald will be remembered as a loving, caring and generous man. His laughter will forever remain in our minds and hearts. Anyone can tell you an amazing fun story about him. He loved music, fishing, spending time with family and friends and most of all he loved his grandchildren. They came before everything and anything, he was very proud of them. Donald was always a shining light in the dark, he always had a smile on his face, he had brought such joy to all our lives.

Donald is survived by his three grandchildren, and one expected in May, Emilie, William, and Nicolas his daughter-in-law Noqueria who he claimed more as a daughter and her husband his son-in-law Chris WoudstraRios.

His father Robert 77, his mother Patricia 76, his sister Deborah Kelly 50, and Aunt Paula King. A son William Odom 35.

He is also survived by friends Armie, Robert, Jerry, Desirae and many more friends.

Donald touched many hearts, and he will forever be missed and loved. We were all so blessed to have him in our lives, we will always remember him.
